Terms of sale

By placing an order on the Bookaro website, you agree to the following terms. We recommend reading them before confirming your order.

1. Products and prices

  • Prices are in Tunisian dinars (TND).
  • Book price: 15 TND (unless a special offer such as the family bundle is announced).
  • Delivery within Tunisia: 7 TND for all governorates.
  • The price confirmed at checkout applies.

2. Orders and payment

  • Cash on delivery (COD) is the accepted payment method.
  • An order is considered confirmed after we contact you by phone or WhatsApp before shipping.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with incorrect details or out-of-stock items.

3. Delivery

Full details on the shipping & delivery page. Estimated time is 2 to 5 business days after confirmation.

4. No returns and no refunds

All book sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after order confirmation and shipping, except where mandatory under Tunisian law. Details in our no-return policy.

5. Privacy
