No-return and no-refund policy
Important notice: When you purchase a book from Bookaro, the order is considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after order confirmation.
1. Why no returns?
Our books are printed locally and intended for personal use. For health and operational reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used books.
2. What we do not offer
- â No book returns after purchase.
- â No exchanges for another product.
- â No cash refund or bank transfer after cash on delivery.
- â No returns due to change of mind after receiving the order.
3. Before confirming your order
We recommend reviewing the product description and photos on the book page, and contacting us on WhatsApp with any questions before completing your order. Our team will help you choose the right edition (adults or kids).
4. If damaged during shipping
If the parcel arrives clearly damaged in transit (torn, wet, wrong book), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the parcel and book and your order number. We will review the case and offer a fair solution (reshipment or compensation depending on the situation) â without this being a general commitment to accept returns.
5. Agreement
By submitting your order through the website, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and agree that sales are final as stated above.
