Your cancellation rights
When you buy online you have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order for any reason, provided the items are unused and in resaleable condition with original packaging where practical.
Faulty or damaged items
If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or offer a refund including reasonable return postage.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions — please do not send items without confirmation.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
